As a gifted communicator, Tracy speaks from a vast range of experience including 15+ years as a leader in the corporate world, 8 years as a leader on staff for a large church, and an active volunteer in her community. Her expertise lie in leadership development, personal branding, employee engagement and effective communication; as well as Biblical principles/life application, volunteer training/engagement, and understanding the concept of giftedness. With her natural warmth, wit and wisdom Tracy strives to bring a message that will be motivating, relevant and provide helpful application tools.
