I am so thankful my husband and I had the chance to participate in the Gift of Giftedness workshop. We were in a transitional time in our lives. The knowledge we gained gave us the ability to lay our options out in front of us and truly see which one would be the best choice based on our gifts and how we work. It brought to life not just what we are good at, but why we enjoy certain aspects of it. We’ve been able to apply that to our careers as well as volunteer roles to maximize fulfillment in all areas of our lives.
I was also excited for the things it did for my relationship and communication with my husband during this transition. It helped me see why he was interested in roles that were different than what I thought would be good for him.
